4. Ownership of Code
For free MVPs, code ownership is retained until a full development agreement is made. Once paid services are completed and final payments are received, full ownership of the code is transferred to the client.

5. Confidentiality
We understand the importance of confidentiality. Any project-related discussions and data shared will remain confidential. Non-disclosure agreements (NDAs) can be signed upon request.

6. Limitation of Liability
We are not responsible for any losses or damages arising from the use of our services. By using our services, you agree that we will not be held liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

We reserve the right to modify or discontinue any part of our service at any time without notice. This includes changes to pricing, project timelines, or feature offerings.
